PartyCasino came to GumGum with a clear ambition: break into the Connected TV market and establish a meaningful presence on the big screen. The challenge was a familiar one for brands making the leap to CTV — their existing creative had been built for web and pre-roll environments, and making that work in a format defined by cinematic scale and lean-back viewing required more than a simple resize.
GumGum's involvement began at the pre-sales stage, where the priority was earning PartyCasino's trust by demonstrating exactly how their 3D assets could be elevated for CTV. Central to that pitch was identifying the right creative talent for the job — specifically, sourcing a motion designer with proven expertise in the kind of high-fidelity 3D animation the campaign demanded. The goal wasn't just to win the business, but to walk in with a credible production plan that matched the quality of the vision being sold.
That same standard of quality carried through post-sale. Rather than handing off the project once the deal was closed, GumGum maintained creative oversight throughout production — ensuring the motion designer's output stayed true to the direction established during the pitch and that the final CTV ads felt native to the format. The result was a seamless transition from concept to delivery, with PartyCasino's assets transformed into polished, broadcast-quality creative ready to make an impression in one of advertising's fastest-growing channels.
